Ant & Bee Corporation charges NO FEES to post jobs, and NO FEES to review
qualified, interested and available candidates. Our pay-per-hire pricing is
based on the level of service you want from us for each job. We offer two
service packages from which to choose:
The Ant Farm
Designed for organizations comfortable with our Web-based recruitment tool,
this pay-per-hire staffing solution gives you the same quality candidates
at a reduced 10% Fee, based on the successful candidate's first year salary
or contract rate.
Full-Service Staffing
Designed for organizations who want full-service staffing services, this
pay-per-hire staffing solution offers traditional recruiting services at
a 20% Fee, based on the successful candidate's first year salary or contract
rate.
How it works
Whether you've chosen traditional recruiting services or our Web-based recruitment
tool, you can post your job on our system for free, using your standard screening
criteria, such as title, technology, education, skills, location, salary and
general job functions.
Qualified and available
candidates from our database are automatically contacted, and their feedback,
such as interest, compensation and availability channeled back to you. You
can log on to our Web-based recruitment tool and view the details of your
matches, including resumes, against your screening criteria.
Our Web-based recruitment
tool gives you the flexibility to rank the list of interested candidates,
and allows you to contact them at your discretion. Should you choose our full-service
staffing services, our in-house recruiters will proactively recruit, interview
and qualify new candidates for you.
Use our Web-based recruitment
tool to manage the interviewing process with your team, including scheduling
interviews online, adding comments or feedback and managing the hiring cycle.
Conduct background and
reference checks, and make an offer! Should you choose our full-service staffing
services, our in-house recruiters will conduct background and reference checks
for you, and if you choose, our senior consultants can present the offer to
the candidate for you. Should you hire a contractor, we provide pay rolling
services, including all necessary government remittances, insurance, and automatically
handle all timesheets and invoicing for you.
